Chat feed installed in Santa's Home Office

Santa had requested that a chat feed be installed into his home office so that during busy times, he does not have to travel to the Department of Efland Security offices. The feed has been installed; however, we are still working on the security connection for the closed communications. This probably will not be completed until after the New Year, so Santa has agreed to come to the offices until security is at 100%.

Department gets new fleet

The Department of Elfland Security announces that all security employees stationed at the North Pole facility will receive a new vehicle in 2010. This decision was made since most of the vehicles used by the security staff are over 100 years in age and the Department would like to do it's part in stimulating the economy.
